Can a TV be mounted on plasterboard or above a fireplace?
Usually, yes. Plasterboard needs the right fixings or the studs behind it, and a chimney breast needs a check for heat and for what is inside the wall. Your engineer checks both before quoting.
Do you repair TV aerials, or only fit new ones?
Both. Poor signal is often a loose cable, a failed booster or an aerial knocked out of line, and can be repaired without a new aerial.
